AnswerKey is seeking a results-driven Payroll Manager in the Philippines to grow our payroll outsourcing services. The role focuses on client-facing activities, revenue generation, and solving payroll challenges while broadening client acquisition.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in payroll outsourcing or related fields, with strong knowledge of Philippine payroll compliance and a proven ability to build trust with CEOs and finance leaders. On-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business-related field.
• 3–5 years in payroll outsourcing, accounting firms, or related business development.
• Strong knowledge of payroll computation and statutory compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Drive client acquisition through SMEs, startups and growing companies needing payroll services.
• Translate payroll processes (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) into business value and advise on solutions.

We are looking for a results-driven Payroll Manager who can help us grow our payroll outsourcing services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Philippine payroll compliance and is ready to step into a client-facing, revenue-generating role—helping businesses solve payroll challenges while driving new client acquisition.

What You’ll Do

1. Drive Client Acquisition

• Identify and engage SMEs, startups, and growing companies needing payroll services
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored payroll solutions
• Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets

2. Provide Payroll Advisory

• Translate payroll processes (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) into business value
• Recommend solutions based on client needs (basic payroll to full outsourcing)
• Collaborate with internal teams for solution design and pricing

3. Build Strong Client Relationships

• Engage with CEOs, Finance Heads, and HR Leaders
• Maintain a structured pipeline and track opportunities
• Ensure smooth client handover to operations

Who This Role Is For
