Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to explore and assess new opportunities in hospitality and related real estate projects. You will lead financial studies, present analyses to shareholders, and guide risk assessment for potential ventures.

You will also identify revenue improvements, develop project timelines, prepare board-ready materials, and engage with stakeholders while tracking regulatory changes and securing required permits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, or Accountancy.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• With at least 5 years of experience in Business Development and at least 3 years of experience in the hotel and/or real estate industry.
• Expert financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Leadership, communication, and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business and financial study of new business opportunities for the Hospitality Development Unit (HDU).
• Provide detailed analysis to support the value of potential projects for development and present such analysis for shareholders’ review and approval.
• Conduct analysis and management of risks that may be associated to new projects.
• Identify revenue and capital improvements.
• Develop timelines, milestones, and targets for the proposed new projects.
• Prepare presentation materials for the Management, Board, and Shareholders.
• Represent the Management in engagement activities and meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and update legal and regulatory developments that may have an impact the development of new projects as well as recommend mitigating measures.
• Lead the delivery of the required permits and licenses.
• Other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time.
