Job summary

Phirst Park Homes in the Philippines seeks a seasoned leader to manage the entire project development life cycle—from land assessment and acquisition to planning, permitting, construction and turnover to the HOA.

You will collaborate with the project team across engineering, planning, legal and technical services, sales and marketing to meet financial, sales and project targets, and assess feasibility and secure properties for development in close coordination with internal and external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• Minimum 5 years in business or project development.
• At least 2 years in managerial or 3 years officership.
• Strong analytical skills with financial background.
• Strong negotiation abilities.

• business conceptualization, permitting, house construction, and turnover to the Homeowners Association (HOA)
• To collaborate with the project team (engineering, planning, legal and technical services, sales, and marketing) to meet financial, sales, and project targets.
• To assess the feasibility and secure properties that will be developed into residential projects, which
• involves close coordination with the internal (project team) and external clients (agents/brokers, government offices and agencies)

Qualifications:

• With at least 5 years of Business and/or Project Development experience, preferably in a real estate company
• With at least 2 years managerial or 3 years officership experience
• of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Economics/Accountancy, or any business-related course
• With strong analytical skills and background on financials
• With strong negotiation skills
