PHirst Park Homes, Inc. is seeking a development-focused professional to support the Business and Project Development Manager in sourcing and acquiring property for residential projects.

You will prepare feasibility studies and maintain the property and raw land offers database, aiding market research and negotiations to drive successful developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management/Business Administration/Economics/Accountancy or any business-related course.
• 3–4 years of work experience in the real estate industry, preferably in Business Development, Project Development, Externals/Permits, or Market Research.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in handling people is an advantage.
