Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience in events, activations, fit-outs, construction, or related industries (preferred).
• Strong understanding of client handling, project flow, and execution.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and generate new clients.
• Drive strong client presentations and conversions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and production teams.
• Manage projects from inquiry to completion.
• Ensure timely updates, accurate tracking, and fast response time.
• Handle client issues, risks, and post-project relationship growth.
• Support vendor accreditations and social media inquiry conversion.
