Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales and revenue targets for transport and logistics, leading business development efforts, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, coordinate closely with operations for seamless implementation of new and existing accounts, resolve operational and customer issues, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, implement improvements based on data insights, and ensure compliance with trucking and logistics laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as Business Developer in Logistics set up.
