Job summary

Hired Hub Ltd in Quezon City is seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive lead generation, prospecting, and account management. The role involves understanding client research needs, proposing projects, and maintaining ongoing client relationships through effective service delivery.

Requirements include a college degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, or Anthropology, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate of Social Sciences, Psychology, or Anthropology.
• Must reside within NCR.
• At least 3 years of work-related experience.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are a must.
• Preferably with background in a prior business development, marketing, or consulting role in industries such as market research agencies, advertising agencies, or consulting firms.
• Must be open to attending events and face-to-face client meetings (Transportation expenses are fully reimbursable).

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to generate qualified leads for potential clients.
• Actively network by attending events and associations to build strategic relationships.
• Improve company materials (company profile decks, case studies, etc) to support company introductions.
• Reach out to prospective contacts to schedule introductory meetings and present the company credentials to build credibility.
• Set regular business meetings with clients to understand their business model, strategies, and concerns.
• Understand and scope the client's research needs to create project proposals
• Manage project scope negotiations to ensure fairness for all parties involved.
• Act as the primary contact person for the client regarding their servicing needs, such as providing project updates and ensuring proper communication with the research teams.
• Build a long term relationship with the client through excellent service delivery and by helping clients achieve their goals.
