This field-based role in Manila focuses on customer operations, market localization, and building local partnerships within the cross-border e-commerce ecosystem. You will manage relationships with Philippine customers, address post-sales issues, identify growth opportunities, and work with internal teams to tailor strategies for the local market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin as primary working languages.
• Experience in Business Development, Account Management, E-commerce, Logistics, Sourcing, or related fields.
• Established network among cross-border logistics providers, sourcing agents, or e-commerce sellers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Operations: manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in the Philippines.

• Channel & Partnership Development: build partnerships with local sourcing agents, logistics providers, and e-commerce sellers.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Mandarin as these will be the primary working language.
• Experience in Business Development, Account Management, E-commerce, Logistics, Sourcing, or related fields.
• Candidates with an established network among cross-border logistics providers, sourcing agents, or e-commerce sellers are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Good understanding of the Philippine e-commerce and cross-border business landscape.
