What You’ll Do

As an Associate on our Client Services team, you’ll take full ownership of projects that directly influence our clients’ strategic outcomes. From sourcing experts to managing fast-moving communications and coordinating logistics, you’ll operate as the key driver between client needs and insight delivery.

• Own expert engagement from end to end: sourcing, vetting, outreach, and scheduling
• Speak directly with experts and stakeholders across industries and time zones
• Deliver on tight timelines across multiple fast-moving client workstreams
• Understand business problems quickly and match them with relevant industry expertise
• Drive outcomes through sound judgment, clear communication, and relentless follow-through

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (strong academic performance)
• 0–36 months of relevant professional or internship experience (client-facing role is a plus)
• Outstanding communicator with strong business instincts; ability to conduct professional phone calls and write clear, concise emails to senior executives
• Strong fluency in verbal and written English
• Thrives in deadline-driven environments and takes ownership of results
• Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable
