Qualifications

Fluent in English and Mandarin as primary working languages.
Experience in Business Development, Account Management, E-commerce, Logistics, Sourcing, or related fields.
Established network among cross-border logistics providers, sourcing agents, or e-commerce sellers is preferred.

Responsibilities

Customer Operations: manage and maintain relationships with existing customers in the Philippines.
Market Localization: work with internal teams to develop strategies tailored to the Philippine market.
Channel & Partnership Development: build partnerships with local sourcing agents, logistics providers, and e-commerce sellers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive conversions, retention, and repeat purchases.
Provide market insights and operational support to strengthen local business growth.
