Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations and overall performance of the Business Center.
• Monitor departments (Contract Grower, Dressing Plant, Sales) to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and procedures aligned to company goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Logistics, Finance, and other groups to boost efficiency.
• Drive revenue targets, implement cost controls, and optimize profitability.
• Enforce trade regulations and company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to support objectives and operational excellence.
