Job summary

You will ensure accuracy of results, strengthen internal controls, and drive cost management with actionable insights. Key duties include monthly and YTD P&L reporting, variance analysis, and presenting risks and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA preferred.
• At least 8 years in Finance & Accounting with FP&A, controls and compliance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and YTD Business Unit P&L reports with variance analyses.
• Analyze financial performance, metrics, and impact on results.
• Develop and present financial reports with key insights, risks and opportunities.
• Oversee internal controls and ensure policy compliance.
