Qualifications

About the role

The Business Center Head is responsible to lead and manage the overall operations and performance of the Business Center by ensuring efficiency, cross-functional alignment, and compliance with company standards, while driving revenue growth, cost optimization, and high levels of customer satisfaction in support of the company's strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Business Center, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance and activities of all operating departments (Contract Grower, Dressing Plant, and Sales) to ensure they meet their objectives.

• Ensure compliance with established management standards, policies, and procedures, aligning all operations with the company's Mission and Vision.

• Coordinate and collaborate with key support groups, including Marketing, IT, Logistics, DP, Finance, and AHG, to address Business Center concerns and improve operational efficiency.

• Drive financial performance by meeting revenue targets, implementing cost control measures, and optimizing profit management strategies.

• Enforce compliance with trade regulations and company policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across all departments.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives and operational excellence.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• At least 5 years of proven operational leadership experience managing a business center, branch, or multi-departmental unit with full oversight of performance and productivity.

• Demonstrated track record in financial planning, budgeting, revenue growth, cost control, and profit organization.

• Proven experience collaborating across core functional units (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, IT).

• Strong track record of implementing process improvements, enforcing management standards, and maintaining compliance with company policies and trade regulations.

• High-level skills in negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management to maintain high customer satisfaction while driving sales targets.

• Skilled in crisis resolution, conflict management, and making high-stakes decisions under pressure.

• Above-average written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate business objectives across all organization levels.

• High integrity, honesty, and reliability with an innate capability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to be assigned in Tacloban.
