Job summary

Bounty Fresh Food, Inc. in Tacloban seeks a Business Center Head to lead daily operations, optimize performance across contract grower, dressing plant and sales, and ensure compliance with company standards and strategic objectives.

You will oversee multiple departments, drive revenue growth, cost controls, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Marketing, IT, Logistics, DP and Finance to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven operational leadership experience managing a multi-department unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall performance of the Business Center.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of Contract Grower, Dressing Plant, and Sales.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and trade regulations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, IT, Logistics, DP, Finance, and AHG to improve efficiency.
• Drive revenue targets, cost control, and profit optimization.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction across departments.
• Perform other duties to support objectives and excellence.
