The role requires strategic oversight, strong financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction in the Philippines. Willingness to be based in Tacloban, Ormoc, or Calbayog is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of proven operational leadership experience managing a business center, branch, or multi-departmental unit with full oversight of performance and productivity.
• Demonstrated track record in financial planning, budgeting, revenue growth, cost control, and profit organization.
• Proven experience collaborating across core functional units (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, IT).
• Strong track record of implementing process improvements, enforcing management standards, and maintaining compliance with company policies and trade regulations.
• High-level skills in negotiation, persuasion, and customer relationship management to maintain high customer satisfaction while driving sales targets.
• Crisis resolution, conflict management, and making high-stakes decisions under pressure.
• Above-average written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate business objectives across all organization levels.
• High integrity, honesty, and reliability with an innate capability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be assigned in either Tacloban, Ormoc, or Calbayog.
