Job summary

INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking two data entry Specialists to support our back-office operations. You will prepare accurate quotations based on building plans, measurements, and project specifications, while coordinating with a team to ensure consistency and timeliness.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree related to building/design, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail. Training will be provided to improve quoting workflows and tools, with focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field is required.
• Ability to read and interpret house/building plans accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of contracts and fair work legislation.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to learn new skills and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate customer proposals and quotations based on standard house/building plans.
• Review and interpret architectural drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with team to ensure accuracy across submissions.
• Maintain organized workflow to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Develop knowledge of quoting tools and workflow systems; training will be provided.
• Support team tasks and collaborate to achieve shared goals.
