INTELEGENCIA BPO LLC CORP. is seeking an Estimate Specialist in Antipolo, Philippines. You will support customer implementations by entering data, configuring software, and performing quality checks to ensure reliable estimates and smooth go-live.

The role involves collaboration with Solutions Consultant – Estimate, creating training materials, and documenting recurring issues to improve adoption. Night shifts and data-driven work are key aspects of the position.

Formación

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, estimating, purchasing, data entry, ERP support, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating with US-based clients or stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• Comfortable using software platforms and able to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work a night-shift schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Enter and maintain cost codes, items, assemblies, pricing, and vendor information in Higharc Estimate.
• Assist with measure group setup and builder workbook configuration.
• Keep records of data entries, updates, and issues accurate and organized.
