Job summary

Bespoke Outsource Services is seeking a detail-driven Estimator to assist in residential construction estimating and to help build an estimating system from scratch in Makati. You will prepare take-offs, BOQs, costed templates, and pricing databases while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

The role requires reading drawings, developing templates and workflows, and driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround times.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably residential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates for residential construction projects including quantity take-offs and BOQs.
• Develop and maintain estimating templates, pricing databases, rate libraries, and cost codes.
• Build the estimating system from scratch, establishing workflows, tools, and documented procedures.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to determine project requirements.
• Prepare tender submissions, pricing schedules, cost breakdowns, and variation estimates.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams via email and phone.
• Maintain tender records, quotations, and project documents.
