Job summary

optiBPO is seeking an Estimating Support Representative to join our offshore team in Angeles, Pampanga. You will read site plans, configure AdaptaStep and Z-Stack quotes, and manage the group inbox while keeping HubSpot up to date.

The role requires technical quoting skills, strong ownership, and timely communication during US business hours. Training on our configurator and quoting tools is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong technical quoting ability and accuracy.
• Ability to read site drawings and translate requirements into quotes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and NetSuite.
• Excellent written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed quotes for AdaptaStep and Z-Stack products.
• Own inbox, triage inquiries, and keep HubSpot up to date.
• Coordinate with internal estimating and sales teams on scope.
• Read site plans and configure product combinations per project.
