Job summary

High Pointe Property Group, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Building Administration Manager to lead all activities related to property upkeep, security, tenant coordination, and third‑party contractors.

You will supervise maintenance crews, schedule inspections, review budgets, and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate has property management experience, strong leadership, and practical knowledge of building design tools such as AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in Property Management
• Knowledgeable in design and AutoCAD
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good technical and management skills
• Flexible and can adapt easily
• Strong leadership qualities
• Preferably a graduate of Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and/or Mechanical Engineering. Board Passer is a huge advantage.
• A graduate of another related course is also welcome, provided they have experience in Building Administration or Property Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, direct all activities in relation to building administration and maintenance
• Oversee security, maintenance personnel, janitorial, and third-party contractors
• Ensure safety, compliance with local/national laws, and tenant relations
• Prepare and submit Monthly Status Report of Building Administration
• Monitor budget for maintenance works and oversee repairs as needed
• Coordinate tenants on shop/ stall construction and house rules, permits, and gate passes
• Inspect building and facilities regularly for wear and damage
• Oversee compliance of tenants to lease terms and overall building policies
