Job summary

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems; coordinate with contractors; keep maintenance records; and respond to emergencies to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspection of the building, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance and repair requirements
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities and utilities
• Repair and maintain electrical systems, plumbing, lighting fixtures, doors, windows, ceilings, and other building components
• Troubleshoot and address minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical concerns
• Monitor and maintain air‑conditioning units, water systems, pumps, and other facility equipment
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and facility‑related emergencies
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for major repairs, maintenance, and specialized works
• Ensure that maintenance tools, equipment, and materials are properly used, stored, and maintained
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and inventory of spare parts and supplies
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of common areas and company facilities
