Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing switches).
• Address plumbing issues (e.g., fixing faucets, clearing drains).
• Repair and maintain mechanical systems, including heating and cooling.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Conduct general upkeep and cleaning of buildings and grounds.

Repairs & Maintenance:

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all company safety regulations and local building codes.

• Use personal protective equipment when necessary.

Documentation & Communication:

• Keep detailed logs and write shift reports of all maintenance work completed.

• Report any issues or concerns to the maintenance manager or relevant personnel.

• Respond to repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
