Job summary

JPCG Tiresmart Concept Corporation in Davao City is seeking a maintenance associate to keep resort facilities, equipment, and guest areas safe and functional through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. The role requires a Senior High School graduate with basic trades knowledge and at least 1 year of maintenance experience.

You will work on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other general repairs, and be willing to cover weekends and shifting schedules at

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate; technical/vocational training is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
• Able to use basic maintenance tools and equipment properly.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, shifting schedules, and emergencies.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned in Toril, Davao City.

Responsibilities

• Inspect resort facilities, guest rooms, common areas, pool areas, and equipment for maintenance concerns.
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general facilities.
• Attend promptly to maintenance requests from all departments.
• Check water pumps, water lines, drainage, lighting, air-conditioning units, and other essential equipment.
• Assist with pool and resort facility maintenance and event setup requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies properly.
• Record completed repairs and report major defects, safety hazards, and required technical services.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and orderly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
