Job summary

SCE Consulting Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a skilled maintenance technician responsible for routine upkeep, inspections, and repairs of facilities, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly.

You will document maintenance logs, comply with safety standards, and participate in on-the-job training. TESDA NC II or higher is required, with multi-skilled abilities and willingness to work flexible hours and emergencies.

Qualifications

• TESDA NC II or higher in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Plumbing, RAC (Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning), or General Maintenance.
• Multi-skilled in basic electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair.
• Willing to drive motorcycle with a valid license or commute nearby.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company standards and training.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail; flexible hours for emergencies.

Responsibilities

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular upkeep, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC/air conditioning, and general infrastructure
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues promptly to minimize operational downtime
• Ensure all maintenance tasks follow Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and internal safety protocols
• Maintain daily maintenance logs, track equipment repairs, and report critical facility issues or spare parts needs to management
• Participate actively in technical training sessions and skill enhancement programs provided by the company

About you

• Must possess relevant TESDA National Certificates (NC II or higher) in areas such as Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Plumbing, RAC (Refrigeration & Air-Conditioning), or General Maintenance
• Multi-skilled background in basic electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair
• Preferably owns and drives a motorcycle with a valid driver's license, or resides nearby/within reasonable commuting distance to the duty site
• Willing to learn, adapt to company standards, and undergo further technical training
• Strong problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and willingness to work flexible hours or respond to operational emergencies if needed
