The Utility/Maintenance Staff is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and maintenance of company facilities. The role includes performing minor repairs, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment to support the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and tools.
• Address minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and services as needed.

Cleanliness and Sanitation

• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Request replenishment of supplies and equipment when needed.

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines.
• Identify and report potential safety hazards within the facility.
• Conduct basic preventative measures to minimize risks.

Support Services

• Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for company events or meetings.
