Job summary

Cuervo Far East, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Staff to provide hands-on support to the Building Engineer in daily maintenance and upkeep of building equipment and facilities.

You will perform routine equipment checks, assist in preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and ensure that equipment and areas are kept in good working condition. Onsite role requiring physical fitness, reliability, and willingness to work weekends or holidays when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of common building equipment and maintenance practices.
• Willing to perform hands-on and physical maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Building Engineer in daily inspection and maintenance of building equipment.
• Conduct routine checking and monitoring of equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities and scheduled equipment servicing.
• Perform basic cleaning, adjustment, lubrication, and upkeep of equipment as instructed.
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and minor repairs of building equipment and facilities.
• Immediately report equipment abnormalities, breakdowns, or safety concerns to the Building Engineer.
• Assist in monitoring equipment readings and maintaining maintenance checklists and records.
• Assist during repair, servicing, testing, and inspection of equipment by contractors or service providers.
• Help ensure that mechanical rooms, equipment areas, and maintenance areas are clean and organized.
• Properly use and take care of maintenance tools, equipment, and materials.

About the role
