Job summary

Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification preferred; other local licenses may be required.
• Ability to walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations and company directives.
• Support preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Assist with energy management and efficiency of systems.
