Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of related experience.
• Must be physically capable of stooping, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Certifications/licenses as required by local jurisdictions; Universal CFC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Ensure safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
