Job summary

ESC Corporation in Ortigas seeks a confident Sales Support Officer to support our Australian client—providing broker enquiries handling, accreditation assistance and proactive outreach to develop new broker relationships.

You will respond to broker inquiries, explain lending products and processes, and coordinate with Australian sales, credit and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement. Onsite, full-time with competitive benefits and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or related roles.
• Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, mortgage broking, or commercial finance is advantageous.
• Confident and professional spoken English for Australian business customers and brokers.
• Comfortable handling inbound enquiries and proactive outbound calls.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain products and processes clearly and confidently.
• Good written English and professional email communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with brokers or B2B referral partners is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for inbound enquiries from finance brokers and prospective introducers.
• Respond to inquiries about lending products, processes and broker proposition.
• Explain the broker accreditation process and assist with accreditation requirements.
• Follow up accreditation enquiries and applications to progress onboarding.
• Make proactive outbound calls to finance brokers and prospective introducers.
• Introduce brokers to products and broker proposition and identify opportunities for engagement with the Australian sales team.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective broker partners.
• Maintain records of broker enquiries, conversations, and accreditation progress.
• Coordinate with Australian sales, credit and operations teams for technical or credit-related inquiries.
• Follow up with brokers at intervals and manage an organised pipeline of opportunities.
• Support sales admin, broker communications and related activities.
• Prepare or maintain sales activity reports for the sales team.
• Develop knowledge of products, eligibility, and broker processes.
