Job summary

Outsourcey is seeking a highly organised Broker Support Officer to manage the day-to-day administration and progression of lending applications for Australian clients. You will work closely with brokers to move deals from initial enquiry through to settlement, ensuring accuracy and timely action.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, lending or financial services administration.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients and loan applications in the MyCRM.
• Prepare and package loan applications.
• Collect and organise supporting documentation.
• Prepare lender submission packs for broker review.
• Assist with pricing and valuation requests.
• Maintain complete and accurate electronic client files.
• Support residential, commercial, business, development and asset finance transactions.
• Contact clients for outstanding information and documents.
• Follow up identification, payslips, bank statements, tax returns, contracts and other supporting documents.
• Respond to general client enquiries.
• Escalate lending, credit or structuring matters to the broker.
• Monitor applications throughout the lending process right through to settlement.
• Settlement - Follow up lenders and clients to ensure outstanding requirements are completed promptly.
• Liaise with lender BDMs, credit teams and settlement teams.
• Follow up application status and outstanding conditions.
• Coordinate valuations.
• Assist with discharge authorities and refinance requirements.
• Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, accountants and other parties where required.
• Escalate delays or issues to the broker.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Update deal stages, notes and outstanding requirements.
• Maintain broker task and follow-up lists.
• Monitor finance and settlement dates.
• Keep the lending pipeline current.
• Ensure every active deal has a clear status, next action, owner and follow-up date.
• Provide regular pipeline updates to the Executive Director.
