Senior Loan Processor | Australian Mortgage & Broker Support

Ortigas, Pasig | Hybrid

Loanworks is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Processor with strong Australian mortgage broker support experience.

In this role, you'll manage residential loan applications throughout the full Australian mortgage lifecycle, from lodgement to settlement, while supporting brokers with documentation, lender requirements, and application progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end broker support for Australian mortgage applications

• Conduct serviceability/affordability calculations across multiple lenders

• Prepare and review loan documents and application requirements

• Understanding different loan types, the Australian loan broking process, lender requirements and checklists.

• Creating and maintaining customer and loan records in CRM systems.

• Submit and track applications through CRM systems and ApplyOnline

• Preparing documents including SOAs, PCARs, Credit Proposals and lender forms.

• Ordering upfront valuations and property reports.

• Liaise with brokers, lenders, customers, solicitors, and valuers

• Support applications through approval, settlement, and post-settlement stages

What We're Looking For

Proven experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers

Strong understanding of the end-to-end Australian mortgage process

Experience conducting serviceability assessments across various lenders

Proficiency in ApplyOnline and CRM systems

Strong attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
