Role Description

The Broker Network Director is a full-time, responsible for leading and expanding the company’s broker network group. This position oversees broker recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management, ensuring brokers are well-supported and aligned with company standards and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing broker performance, conducting regular meetings and training sessions, coordinating sales initiatives, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate brokerage management, network development, or a similar leadership role in sales or distribution channels.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, including experience in mentoring, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with brokers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and broker performance metrics to inform decisions and strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
