STATE PROPERTIES CORPORATION is seeking a results-oriented professional to expand and manage our external sales network by recruiting and supporting accredited brokers and their agents.
You will recruit, train, and coordinate with brokers, provide project information and marketing support, and organize seminars and events to drive engagement and sales performance. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.
Responsible for developing, expanding, and maintaining the company's external sales network by recruiting, training, and supporting accredited brokers and their agents.
Find, recruit, and accredit new real estate brokers, agents, and agencies. Develop and maintain an active network of external brokers and sales partners.
Act as the main contact point between the company and the broker network. Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with brokers and partner agencies.
Provide project information, marketing collateral, and assistance with project presentation, client site orientations, reservations and internal coordination to facilitate smooth processing of broker-related sales transactions.
Organize product knowledge seminars, open houses, and networking activities. Develop activities that encourage broker engagement, productivity, and continued partnership with the company.
Maintain broker databases, track sales performance, and coordinate commission processing. Prepare regular reports on broker network activities, sales performance, and recruitment/accreditation status.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or any related field.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in real estate sales, property marketing or broker sales coordination.
Direct experience in recruiting, managing, engaging, and coordinating with real estate brokers, agents, or external sales networks is highly preferred.
Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales, reporting, and database management tools.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, organization, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with brokers, agents, and business partners.
Able to effectively manage multiple broker accounts, sales activities, events, and administrative requirements simultaneously.
Results-oriented, proactive, organized, and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willing to work on weekends or holidays, as may be required.
