Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in Real Estate/Property Development with at least 1 year in broker relations, channel sales, or supervising brokers/sales agents
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or similar field
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage but not required
• Strong broker relationship management, sales and negotiation skills
• Communication, networking, business development skills
• Sales target management and pipeline monitoring capabilities
• Performance monitoring experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit potential brokers, salespersons, and broker organizations within assigned territories
• Maintain an active and productive broker network aligned with approved sales targets and performance expectations
• Coordinate and facilitate broker accreditation and onboarding requirements with appropriate internal departments
• Set, recommend, communicate, and monitor broker sales targets in coordination with the Manager
• Conduct regular broker visits, calls, presentations, and sales engagements and follow up broker leads, prospects, reservations, and sales opportunities
• Monitor broker sales performance against assigned targets and develop corrective action plans for inactive or underperforming brokers
• Serve as the primary relationship contact for accredited brokers and broker organizations
• Lead broker orientations, sales presentations, recognition programs, and broker engagement activities
• Prepare and submit accurate broker sales, pipeline, activation, and performance reports within prescribed timelines
• Provide the Manager with regular analysis of broker channel performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended action plans
