Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business-related program.
• Excellent communication and human relations skills.
• Good facilitation and leadership abilities.
• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Willing to be assigned to Brgy. Sapang Palay, San Jose Del Monte.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and reactivation of brokers by preparing documents for accreditation and interviewing brokers.
• Coordinate training programs for newly accredited brokers (in-person and virtual).
• Enrolment coordination with training and recruitment teams; issue IDs.
• Coordinate with accounting for processing and release of broker commissions.
• Manage broker management team social media accounts (Facebook, Messenger) for updates and reviews.
• Disseminate guidelines and updates to brokers and sellers via calls, emails, texts, and social media.
• Attend weekly broker meetings with sellers and coordinate site visits and sales events.
• Prepare monthly reports on brokers’ sales performance and commissions.
