Job summary

Neltex Development Co., Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Project Sales Manager to lead the Building Solutions Group, focusing on growth with major real estate developers, contractors, and infrastructure players.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, pursue project listings and specifications, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and strong win rates. Travel to client sites and project visits will be required to close deals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of sales experience in construction industry.
Proven network with real estate developers and major contractors.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop opportunities with real estate developers, contractors, and infrastructure companies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Manage and grow key accounts and project-based sales.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor upcoming projects and identify specifications and listings.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor sales performance, market developments, and project pipelines.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
