Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ work experience in sports/fashion retail with advanced selling experience.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Good command of English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and work to meet or exceed them.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and communicate ideas to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and meet customer expectations.
• Share service experience and train teammates to improve skills.
• Maintain Brand Attitude, Values and Visual Merchandising standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries and replenish stock levels on the floor.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and minimize stock loss.
• Collaborate with team members and seek coaching to improve performance.
