Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ work experience in sports/fashion retail with advanced selling experience.
• Preferably in apparel/fashion/FMCG retail.
• Good command in oral and written English & Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Allocates resources and organizes processes within area to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Tracks performance data (e.g., best sellers, space allocation) and makes necessary adjustments to drive productivity.
• Acts as a role model for customer service and boosts sales and Brand experience using adidas customer service model.
• Supervises and coordinates team to ensure all customers receive service.
• Understands customer expectations and coaches team to meet or exceed them at all times.
• Maintains a safe shopping and working environment by ensuring store policies and procedures are followed.
• Coordinates product delivery from stockroom to floor and supports replenishment.
