Job summary

adidas Philippines is seeking a Store Manager to lead a network of retail outlets, focusing on People, Product, Premises, Processes and Profit. You will drive sales growth, maximise profitability, and oversee store P&L while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, onboard, train and develop staff, foster a high-performance culture, and partner with HR, VM and Marketing to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managerial experience in Retail Operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Advanced numeracy and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and profitability across the store portfolio with stakeholders.
• Control operational expenses (OPEX) in line with the budget.
