Job summary

adidas is seeking a Senior Retail Associate for our Imus, Cavite store. The role focuses on inspiring consumer loyalty to the adidas brand, executing store operations, and supporting Retail Professionals to meet sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities include knowing KPI targets, training teammates, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining brand standards across merchandise categories. Fluent English and Filipino are preferred for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with advanced selling experience and first supervisor exposure.
• Industry: apparel/fashion or FMCG retail preferred.
• Good command of oral and written English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and own them to meet or exceed them.
• Identify sales opportunities and communicate suggestions to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and meet/exceed customer expectations.
• Share customer service experiences and train team members to improve service skills.
• Be a Brand Ambassador, exhibiting adidas values and attitude.
• Utilize product knowledge to meet the needs of demanding customers.
• Collaborate with team members and be available to support others as needed.
