Job summary

adidas Group is recruiting a Store Manager for the NAIA Terminal 3 location. You will own store performance, manage resources, and lead a team to deliver a premier customer experience in an apparel/fashion retail setting.

The role requires at least 18 months in sports/fashion retail with 24 months in store management, and solid proficiency in MS Office. Strong English and Filipino communication is essential, with a focus on brand presentation and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months work experience in a sports/fashion retail environment with a minimum of 24 months in Store Management.
• Experience in apparel/fashion FW or FMCG Retail desirable.
• Basic English & Filipino language skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Own and run the store, allocating resources to drive profitability.
• Understand P&L statements and store KPIs to inform decisions.
• Track performance data (best sellers, sales per square foot) and take corrective actions.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a leading shopping experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising and housekeeping standards across the store.
• Develop and coach store team, enforce HR policies, and drive performance.
