Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation seeks a Branch Supervisor to oversee the sales and operations of an assigned branch. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies, customer engagement, and BTL marketing.

You will monitor branch productivity, manage resources, and ensure compliance with policies while leading a team to deliver excellent customer service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in sales, branch operations or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, documentation, liquidation, and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities and improve experience.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales transactions and promotions.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to identify opportunities.
