Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor to lead a designated branch, drive sales of motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units, and oversee daily operations. You will implement sales strategies, manage resources, and ensure top customer service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years in sales or branch operations, with supervisory experience as an advantage. Travel within the district may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts sales, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring documentation and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, marketing programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to maximize opportunities.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales in coordination with departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to stay competitive.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets for proper control and availability.
• Leads and motivates staff through coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance and improvement plans.
• Prepares performance evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
• Assists in developing employees and potential successors for continuity.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by company officials.
