Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor in the Philippines to oversee sales and operations of an assigned motorcycle branch. You will drive sales targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through effective sales strategies and BT L marketing activities.

You will monitor productivity, coach staff, manage resources, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering strong customer service and continuous business improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Preferably with experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units by monitoring performance.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and allocates marketing resources effectively.
• Ensures implementation of promotions, merchandising standards, and branch branding guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries and leads to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience.
• Handles and resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions.
• Conducts market monitoring and price comparisons to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory and assets, ensuring proper control and availability.
• Leads and coaches branch personnel to improve productivity and performance.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to review performance and plan improvements.
• Prepares evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
