Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Proven track record in sales leadership and branch operations
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BT L marketing activities to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves targets for new motorcycle sales, parts, and repossessed units by tracking performance and executing activities.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities, ensuring proper documentation and resource utilization.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and conversion to maximize sales opportunities and customer experience.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions in coordination with other departments.
• Performs market monitoring, competitor checks, and price comparisons to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory and assets, ensuring control and availability.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support to improve productivity.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to discuss performance and action plans.
• Prepares evaluations and recognizes employees based on KPIs and standards.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
