Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycles (cash/installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates branch marketing activities, documents resources, and usage.
• Ensures promotions, programs, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and conversion to maximize sales.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with relevant departments.
• Performs market monitoring, competitor checks, and price analyses.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors branch inventory and assets; supports availability and control.
• Leads, coaches, and motivates staff; conducts regular performance reviews.
• Conducts branch meetings and develops talent for succession planning.
• Performs other tasks as needed by company officials.
