Job summary

You will lead the branch team, monitor performance, coordinate promotions and inventory, ensure policy compliance, and deliver excellent service while pursuing continuous business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales, branch ops, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and marketing activities to generate leads.
• Achieves branch targets for motorcycle and parts sales and repossessed units.
