Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor in Laguna to oversee sales and operations for a motorcycle-focused branch. You will drive sales of motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units, lead a team, coordinate marketing, and ensure excellent customer service with strict adherence to company policies.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales or branch operations, a related degree, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 2-5 years in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services preferred.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and marketing activities to generate leads and meet targets.
• Achieves targets for motorcycles, parts, and repossessed units through sales activities.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing, documentation, and resources.
• Implements promotions, branding standards, and merchandising guidelines.
• Monitors customer inquiries, leads, and sales conversions to improve experience.
• Resolves customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Conducts market monitoring, price checks, and competitor analysis.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and regulations.
• Monitors inventory of motorcycles, parts, and assets for control and availability.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support to boost performance.
• Convenes regular branch meetings to review sales and action plans.
• Provides performance feedback and identifies potential successors for continuity.
• Performs other tasks as needed by company officials.
