Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking a Branch Supervisor in the Cadiz area to manage overall sales and operations for an assigned branch. You will drive motorcycle, parts, and repossessed unit sales through effective strategies and strong customer engagement.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales or branch operations, a bachelor’s degree, and leadership ability to coach a team while ensuring compliance and service excellence. Travel may be needed within the area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, branch operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Preferably with experience in automotive, motorcycle, retail, or financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Implements branch sales strategies and BTL marketing to generate sales leads and achieve targets.
• Achieves branch targets for new motorcycle sales (cash and installment), parts, and repossessed units.
• Coordinates and monitors branch marketing activities and resource usage.
• Ensures promotions, merchandising standards, and branding guidelines are followed.
• Monitors inquiries, leads, and sales conversion to maximize opportunities.
• Handles customer concerns related to sales and promotions with other departments.
• Conducts regular market monitoring and price comparison to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors inventory including motorcycles, parts, and assets.
• Leads and motivates staff with coaching and support.
• Conducts regular branch meetings to review performance and plans.
• Prepares evaluations, provides feedback, and recognizes employees based on KPIs.
• Assists in developing employees and identifying potential successors.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
