Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience; branch sales experience preferred.
• Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management.
• Willing to be assigned to branches within the region as needed.
• Resilient with a go-getter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proactive stance in relation to competition, market conditions, and external factors to address threats and maximize opportunities.
• Builds relationships with existing customers through regular visits to maximize and expand business prospects.
• Establishes synergy with partner units for successful cross-sells.
• Profiles prospects through assessment of financial status to address client needs and maximize potential.
• Solicits new-to-bank customers by presenting bank products and services as solutions.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned.
